My stay with Breeze inn was great! Within 4-5 minutes or less walking distance from the Beach, stores and restaurants. Rooms were really big and clean, area was quiet also. For the price, it was a huge win and you can’t beat it!! Staff were really nice and I highly recommend staying here for your next visit.

Great place to stay with a good price. Found a dirty razor in the shower, probably wasn’t seen when they cleaned the room. If you have a second car it’s an additional 30$ to park it overnight. Overall not bad for VA Beach. Very comfortable beds.

Enjoyed my 5 night stay at Breeze Inn & Suites. Everyone was very friendly and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. Would recommend this hotel to anybody!!

Would not suggest this place. Kitchen had 2 burners and nothing else. No kitchen utensils, no coffee maker, no linen. Just a bare kitchen. Went all week without a fire alarm. Turned in the broken one on day one and never replaced it 5 days later when we left. They charge you to park in the hotel parking. Charged my visitors $20 for visiting 1 1/2.. Large cockroach in living room on 3rd day there. The nice thing was , it was walking distance to the beach.

I came from a business trip to VA beach and the hotel is fine. It seemed very close to the beach, but the freezer didn't work. They didn't ask about cleanliness. However, the parking and the distance were the best. We are in 2025, and I was surprised to see an old TV.

Inexpensive and comfortable

Inexpensive hotel with basic decor, my room was clean and comfortable. Had a two burner stove top, microwave and small refrigerator. Bring your own dishes.Easy short walk to the beach. Overall I enjoyed my stay

We had a really nice stay! It was at two minutes from the beach (walking). The motel was very nice and clean outside including the parking lot. There was still an old carpet though, so the floor should be renovated.

It's a walkable distance to most everything. The front desk person was polite when we checked in. However there was another lady there that was on the rude side.

Good location but the shower curtain had mold on it the sink was cracked and the electrical cord running from the TV was very unsafe running across the floor to behind the bed The staff was friendly

Didn’t like that we arrived 4 hrs earlier than check in and were charged $13 for parking even though there were plenty of vacant rooms/parking. Outdated but felt safe and was pretty quiet.

Not a 5-star but would stay here again

Pros: Location to beach was great. Easy check-in large room (kitchenette, livingroom, bath and separate bedroom) Negs: traffic was loud at night, no elevators, had to pay fee for second car (wasn't aware), had kitchenette but no utencils, biggest issue was the air was a wall unit at the door but nothing in the bedroom which made it really hot. I would stay again but knowing now... i will bring plastic silverware, bring a fan for bedroom and drive 1 car.
