Summary:
This 3-bedroom, 1-level home is centrally located in the ViBe District of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. A short walk to numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the Convention Center, Sports Center and BEACH. The spacious yard, outdoor activities, and game garage will keep everyone entertained.. HOT TUB OPEN YEAR ROUND!

The Neighborhood:
The Old Beach Farmers Market is a short-walk away. Every Saturday during the summer (8 am-12 pm). Located in the parking lot at the corner of 18th Street and Cypress.

Other Things to Note:
Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Good spot for tournament weekend

Nice simple cottage. Perfect for pets. Wonderful hot tub to relax after playing volleyball all day. Bathroom recently updated (still to be painted). Kitchen notes: no toaster, coffeemaker is not K-cup so bring loose grounds. Great location 1/2 block off main strip of restaurants and shops. Fun street market every Saturday morning.
