Beach Home - 5 Minutes /2 Blocks Walk To Virginia Beach Oceanfront & Boardwalks.

A beautiful new build in the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area. This 3 story town-home (similar to a Duplex House) is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day at the beach! Only 5 minutes away from the Oceanfront Boardwalk, you can enjoy an evening walk or have dinner at one of hundreds of restaurants in the resort area. At home you can enjoy a cookout on the back patio and watch a movie with friends and family in the open living room. Natural light will fill the house through strategically placed windows, bringing in the glow of the sun all throughout the day.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. First master bedroom and 2 other rooms are at second floor. Second master bedroom is third floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom are downstairs. Full-size washer and dryer also available at second floor.The house is equipped with 2 bran new ac heating system to ensure clean air and comfortable environment for all guest. It’s a 3 year old town-home have been built by 2014. So everything is grand new, same thing as furniture, equipment. Internet, cable already includes.
For your safety, the house is monitored by 7 exterior camera surveillance system. The system covers are: 2 monitored at front door and front yard, 1 by the back door, 2 monitored by garage and driveway, the other 2 cover the side way, and the fence.
Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house. Beach chair, grill, etc....available for you during the time you stay.

I wish you enjoy your time at my house. There are house rules applied to ensure guests will enjoy a real quality clean and comfortable house.

Perfect friends getaway

The property is just as advertised! It was a perfect home for a girls getaway. We utilized three of the bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and the main floor half bath. The kitchen, dining room and living room were nicely decorated and organized.

Property is exactly as described 3 blocks from the sand and sea. Spacious rooms and nice clean bathrooms. Great main level living room, kitchen and dining room. Garage is a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the property. Very easy check in and out.

Great house for large families

We came to VA beach to enjoy the beach and visit with family. The location was perfect for us to easily walk to restaurants, the boardwalk and Rudees Inlet for a dolphin boat tour. The house had plenty of bathrooms which was amazing and the host was super responsive! WilWill definitely stay again.during our stay.

Very comfortable house to stay at. A/C was great, which isn't always the case at the beach! We cooked a lot and appreciated the well-supplied kitchen, including an instant pot. The beach toys/chairs/wagon were also really helpful. Owner was very responsive to any of our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Property

We had a fantastic stay and experience at this property. We did have an issue with the Keurig initially and fortunately for us (unlike most rental properties) the owner is local and fixed the issue within the hour. He is prompt, amicable, and very accommodating. We are in VA Beach every year to attend a conference at Wave Church and have already inquired to book the property for next year!

Virginia Beach winter visit

The house was nice. The neighborhood was good. The location to the beach was good, but we weren’t there for the beach so that didn’t really matter to us, but it was still very close. We had plenty of room for all of us. There were five of us. My only concern was we were there in the winter time and there was no throw blankets in the living room so we had to use a comforter from one of the bedrooms while we were sitting on the couch. Other than that, the stay was good. I would stay there again.

Perfect beach house for large group

We had 12 people in our group and we all stayed very comfortably in this home. The beach is such a short walk away. The kitchen had everything that you could need including an air fryer! There are 2 washer and dryers which was incredibly helpful with so many people. The thing that really blew us away was that we never ran out of hot water in the showers. We had to contact the host by text at one point and he got back right away and was incredibly helpful. Definitely would recommend a stay here in Virginia Beach.

Norfolk State University Graduation Weekend

First let me say, the pictures do not do this property justice. We loved the home. Very spacious for a big family. We have 12 and not once felt cramped. Easy access to surrounding arears. Awesome House 2.5 blocks to beach

Loved the house, there were 9 of us. 4 bathrooms, very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs & umbrellas provided, 2 decent sized refrigerators. We walked to the beach -- no problem. We scheduled again for next year. Key pad entry to bedrooms - which was great because we had one autistic child that needed some restrictions even in the house. Get your reservations in early because this place is a gem.

Great location and reasonable price

Easy walk to the beach that allowed my older children and their families to go back and forth anytime of day. The host had a beach umbrella and chairs in the garage to use at the beach. The neighbor was nice and we felt safe. We where able to cook most of our meals in the house as there was 14 of us. The kitchen could use more sauce pans and smaller skillets. Keeping sand out of the house was a challenge.

Friends Reunion

Ten friends who were over 65 years old came together for a 5 day reunion. The location of this house was perfect for our group. Easy walk to the beach, close to several restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent. Anthony responded very quickly to questions and requests. We were disappointed to find that instead of the 4 1/2 bathrooms that were listed, there were in fact only 3 1/2 bathrooms. The 4 queen beds were comfortable. However, the twins and bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable, so much so that two people could not stay there. There was hand soap in only one bathroom and no soap, shampoo, etc. anywhere else. All in all the location was amazing!

Fantastic!

One of the best VRBO experiences I have had. We rented this VRBO on very short notice and couldn’t have been happier. The duplex is brand new in a relatively new development within walking distance to the beach. It is bright, clean, comfortable, and very roomy with plenty of beds. Check in was simple and everything was immaculate upon entry. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and all the appliances we needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms had ample towels and toilet paper. There are large screen televisions in every room and the Wi-Fi is strong throughout. Though we rented during the off season, the garage is well stocked with gear for summer fun including beach chairs, games, a foosball table, etc. There is plenty of parking. The owner/manager responded promptly to communications and was extremely easy to work with. I have nothing bad to say about this VRBO. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely go back.
