Pros: Great hot tub and general pool area. The outdoor bar is a nice addition. Lots of bathrooms, no issues with hot water or climate. 2 Grills (1 up next to kitchen, 1 near pool) is very convenient. Everything was generally in good shape.Cons: Plan go shopping immediately upon arrival, we did not have dish soap nor a sponge, no dishwasher detergent either (though we were supposed to according to check-in documents). No extra trash bags. Not all the bathrooms have a trash can nor hand soap. There are no pool towels, everyone gets 1 towel and that's it, which is pretty limiting for a beach house with a hot tub and pool. The beds are very noisy (squeaky). The blinds in the bedrooms do not effectively block the light and it's bright in the morning. No instructions for operating the hot tub, we figured it out but it was a little confusing.All the issues are minor by themselves and overall we had a great time.
