Includes off-street parking for one vehicle (hang tag provided); extra cars can park at the 25th St overnight garage. Ideal for short or extended stays.

This 2BR/1BA apartment offers more space than our economy 1BR units — perfect for families, small groups of friends, or work crews who need extra room. The unit includes two private bedrooms, a comfortable living area for relaxing, and a larger kitchen with full-size appliances to make cooking easy. It’s a practical, no-frills space with everything you need for an affordable stay close to the beach and the VB Oceanfront’s top attractions.

You’ll have full, private access to this apartment during your stay. Entry is through a smart lock with your unique check-in code provided before arrival. One vehicle can be parked in the lot in front of the building with your parking pass. Additional spaces are available in the side lot, and for extra vehicles, there’s an overnight garage off 25th Street.

We respect your privacy but are available if you need help during your stay. You’ll receive detailed self-check-in instructions in advance, and we’re just a message away through the Airbnb app if you need recommendations, support, or quick assistance

Please note stairs are required to access the unit.

Quiet hours begin at 10pm to respect other guests in the building.

Extended-stay and winter discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings.

Laundry: The laundry room is located to the left of the office door and can be accessed anytime with code. Laundry products are available in the linen closet.

Trash: Please discard trash in the green dumpster behind the building.

Parking Pass: Before checkout, return the parking pass to the desk in the unit. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Please keep noise reasonable and respect neighbors.
Courtyard: Shared space. Please keep it clean and avoid disruptive noise or gatherings.
Laundry: Open 24/7. Remove clothes promptly and leave the area clean.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside apartments or indoor common areas.
Parties: No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive events.
Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Do not exceed maximum occupancy.
Pets: Approved pets only. Pets must be leashed in the courtyard and all shared areas. Please clean up after them.
Common Areas: Keep walkways, stairs, entrances, and shared spaces clear of personal belongings.
Trash: Use the green dumpster behind the 516 building at the back of the parking lot. Do not leave trash outside units or in shared areas.
Parking: Use the two lots directly in front of the buildings or the third lot on the left side of the 516 building. Follow parking instructions and never block driveways or other vehicles.
Property: Please take care of the property and report damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Security: Do not share door codes, keys, or property access with anyone outside your reservation.
