Summary:
This one-bedroom oceanfront condo offers ocean views from your balcony. Relax, breathe, and enjoy your time by the water.

The Space:
Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, accommodating up to four guests. The mini kitchen comes equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and cookware. Towels, linens, and WiFi are provided during your stay. The building also features a heated indoor pool, fitness center, and relaxing hot tub.

Please check in at the Front Desk upon arrival and indicate that you are arriving as a Timeshare Rental Guest.

The Neighborhood:
Virginia Beach Boardwalk — Walk this 3-mile oceanfront boardwalk with restaurants, shops, entertainment, and ocean views. Take a photo with the King Neptune statue.

First Landing State Park — Explore 20+ miles of trails, kayak, watch wildlife, or picnic in the historic park where English settlers landed in 1607.

Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center — See sharks, sea turtles, otters, and more. Take a boat tour to spot dolphins or hike nearby trails.

Sandbridge Beach — A quieter beach south of Virginia Beach for relaxing, surfing, and paddleboarding.

Military Aviation Museum — View a collection of restored World War I and II aircraft and book a ride in a vintage plane.

Great view, great location!

This property had everything we needed for a 5 day visit to golf in VB. Clean, well supplied, located right on the boardwalk within walking distance to restaurants & bars. We would definitely stay here again!

2024 Beach Trip

Everything was good condo a little out dated but was very clean. Furniture not too comfortable but it was cold while we were there and in doors more. Very nice and clean beach and Boardwalk.

Great Location

Location is amazing. Right on Boardwalk with fantastic view from the balcony. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment! Well stocked with kitchen necessities. Had some minor issues with checking in due to system upgrades. Bathroom sink was nonfunctional upon arrival but was repaired a few days into our stay. The floors had not been cleaned but overall the room was in decent shape. The building is in need of some interior upgrades as it is pretty outdated, but all in all not bad. Would stay here again.

Worthwhile

Lots of good stuff and just a little bad stuff. Great ocean view with big windows and a balcony. Very clean and modern. Mostly what the VRBO entry states. Missing was the video library. Also, no way to access Netflix or other streaming services if this is important to you late at night. Suite was located near an elevator which "dinged" all night. I would recommend this property, but make sure you are not near an elevator.

Clean place looking out over the ocean. Enjoyed the boardwalk every day!

Great location, clean, friendly staff, right on the water and the boardwalk was a bonus. Walked or ran daily and we walked it to different places to eat. A cute little coffee shop just 1.5 blocks from the condo to enjoy as well.
