"Overall, it was a great experience. The property especially near the swimming pool needs to be cleaner. I found a chipped nail there. The kitchen was great but it would help if a kettle was added. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hot tub and pool hours for the hotel was very short and we couldn’t make it most days as it shut down at 7 pm. The hot tub needs to be open after hours. "We were welcomed to a very easy (and late night) check-in. Walkout daylight basement has been recently remodeled as a perfect getaway. Wonderful host, located in a beautiful spot with a magical firefly show every night—kids and adults loved it! We were so pleased to stay here and received a very nice tour of the home chicken coop with many egg laying hens. It was clean and a wonderful memory for our family!"

"I have been a frequent visitor of Ithaca lately as I adopted a dog with a multitude of medical issues and he goes to Cornell for treatment. I wish I had stayed here every visit. However, given that I stayed in 5 other hotels in the area I can pretty confidently say that LaTourelle is one of the best. From the staff to the people that stay there it was a fantastic experience. They more than accommodated Gandalf and I - they welcomed us and fussed over him. The spa is also a wonderful luxury, a not to be missed experience. There are also hotel activities. I can’t say enough. Would recommend to anyone. "
