With its 190 m², the estate is ideal for a weekend, a holiday with family or friends, a reunion or simply a few days to get away from it all and enjoy nature to the fullest. 💚

Pets are welcome, at no extra charge.

For your comfort, bed linen as well as bath and pool towels are provided free of charge.

Located on a high ground, Domaine Annea enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature and offers a particularly peaceful setting.

A large, bright living room

The house is built around a large living room comprising:

• an open kitchen with central island, convivial and perfectly suited to shared meals;
• a comfortable living room with a 2-seater sofa bed;
• large bay windows, allowing a total opening to the outside and creating a real continuity between the interior and the terrace;
• a laundry room;
• a separate toilet;
• a billiard table, to extend the evenings in a friendly atmosphere.

2. The sleeping area — 4 spacious and comfortable 🛏️ bedrooms

The sleeping area consists of 4 elegant and comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with quality bedding and designed to adapt to the composition of your group.

2 bedrooms with private bathroom — sleeps 2 each

Two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower.

The bedding is modular according to your needs:

2 beds of 80 x 200 cm, which can be used separately as two single beds, or pushed together to form a large bed of 160 x 200 cm, with a mattress topper ensuring a homogeneous and comfortable sleeping surface.

2 bedrooms with additional sleeping space — 3 beds each

The other two bedrooms each have:

2 beds of 90 x 200 cm, which can be installed in two single beds or joined together to form a large bed of 180 x 200 cm, with a mattress topper for more comfort.PGJyPg
An additional armchair can accommodate a third person in each of these rooms.

The lake of Beaupuy, located about 5 km away, extends over several hectares of nature and is a real leisure area for young and old. You can also discover Casteljaloux, its famous thermal baths and its swimming and leisure lake, ideal for a relaxing day with the family.
