The villa is located on the island of Vir accessible by a bridge, 18 km from the big city of Zadar.
Close to shops, bars, restaurants, nautical activities.
Possibility to park in the courtyard of the villa. Mediterranean tree-lined garden available with barbecue.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Sunce Istok verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – eine richtige Wohlfühloase mit allem was man benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die sonnige große Terasse mit toller Aussicht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Parkmöglichkeit ebenfalls gleich neben dem Haus.Die Lage ist ideal: Man erreicht den Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Zentrum,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Marina, und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter Dominique und Ivan sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr kinderliebend. Auch unsere Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, und wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! AYNV

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit ganz lieben Vermietern. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Man kann auch mit dem Vermieter einen Bootsausflug unternehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Schönes Haus mit einer großen Terrasse. Alles Wichtige ist im Haushalt vorhanden. Zwei super nette Vermieter. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt :)

Wir haben uns bei Dominique und Ivan sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst in dieser Zeit. Zum Strand sind es ca. 200 Meter und auch die Bäckerei ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Von Dominique wurden wir immer mal wieder mit Köstlichkeiten aus dem Garten oder auch mit frisch gebackenem Kuchen verwöhnt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kamen uns sehr willkommen vor. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen,..

Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber die im Haus wohnen. Wir konnten uns bei allen Fragen und Problemen an sie wenden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Erste-Hilfe-Set, über DVDs, Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten, genügend Teller und Besteck, bis zum Mixer ist alles da. Toller großer Balkon mit vielen Liegen und Blick zum Meer. Der direkte Strand war recht ruhig, sauber und angenehm, Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei Euch!!

Kommen gerne wieder

Wie haben uns bei Dominique und Ivan absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für unsere Ansprüche super gelegen. Der Strand, an dem auch Hunde erlaubt sind, ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ivan hat uns sogar auf einen Trip mit seinem Boot mitgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Insel Vir mit herzlichen Vermietern bei denen sich die ganze Familie sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Wohnung war bereits vor der angegebenen Check-in Zeit für uns hergerichtet. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Wir haben noch nie in so einer top ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht, die Vermieter haben wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht und alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie waren stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und haben uns den Urlaub mit einigen Tipps und Empfehlungen erleichtert. Ganz besonders hat uns die Bootsfahrt mit dem eigenen Boot des Vermieters gefallen, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis besonders für die Kinder! Auch wurden wir immer wieder mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten von Domenique verwöhnt und Ivan hat jeden Morgen gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Sport gemacht und unseren Kindern das Tauchen näher gebracht, vielen lieben Dank für alles! Selbst unsere Hündin war willkommen und fühlte sich ebenfalls wie zu Hause. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und mit den dazugehörigen Bollerwagen und Sonnenschirm konnten wir die Zeit am Strand sehr genießen. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie in der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dominique und Ivan sind wunderbare liebenswerte Vermieter. Sie haben die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet und waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Ivan ist mit mir joggen gegangen und hat unsere ganze Familie mit seinem Boot auf einen Ausflug mitgenommen. Perfekter Urlaub

Wir durften im August 2021 zu Gast sein und wurden bereits deutlich vor der Check-in Zeit herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Top ausgestattet und alles super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend für die, die es nicht ganz so laut in der Nachbarschaft mögen. Restaurants und Bars sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist in direkter Nähe und richtig toll. Besondere Anfragen und Wünsche von uns wurden von unseren Vermietern absolut hervorragend unterstützt und gelöst. Wir sagen DANKE und kommen wirklich gerne wieder. Lg Anett und Familie

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu Gast als Familie, 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder (3 & 5 Jahre alt). Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, man merkt das die Vermieter sich wirklich um das Objekt kümmern. Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein und bietet ausreichend Sonnenschutz. Der Vorgarten verfügt über eine große Einfahrt wo man das Auto sicher abstellen kann. Der Grill und und die Sitzgelegenheiten unter dem wilden Wein, versprühen ein mediterranes Lebensgefühl und Gemütlichkeit. Ein schöner Feigenbaum mit süßen Früchten rundet das ganze Bild ab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit wunderbaren Gastgebern, die uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen haben. Vielen Dank an Familie Bajic für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder! Vidimo se uskoro! À bientôt! A Preston! Bis bald.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Urlaubswohnung direkt am Meer

Unser 10tägiger Aufenthalt begann mit einer netten Begrüßung und mit viel Mühe die sprachlichen Hindernisse zu überwinden. Die beiden Gastgeber waren von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung war auf dem neuesten Stand und gut ausgestattet. Vorschläge zur Erkundung der Urlaubsregion wurden immer angeboten. Am meisten genossen wir aber die Nähe zum Strand, an dem wir uns mit unseren Kinder sehr wohl fühlten. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Un séjour inoubliable !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille sur l'île de Vir, dans une agréable maison Croate. Située à 100 mètres d'une magnifique plage, avec un panorama époustouflant, la maison était charmante. Tout y a été pensé au moindre détail ! Dominique et Yvan sont des hôtes d'exception : aussi bien par leur accueil que par leurs petites attentions et conseils. Grâce à eux, notre séjour fut inoubliable! Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage der Fewo ist gut, nur 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Abseits vom Trouble und Abendveranstaltungen. Gaststätten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Fewo ist Top. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist bis ca. 10.30 Uhr im Schatten. Danach im vollen Sonnenschein. Eine Markise bringt tagsüber notwendigen Schatten. Fahrräder können jederzeit genutzt werden. Es gibt eine Grillmöglichkeit und Holz dafür wird vom Vermieter bereitgestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gute Ausflugstips. Wir können diese Fewo weiterempfehlen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, tout est conforme à l'annonce, les propriétaires bien sympathique et accueillants. Belle maison, proche d'une plage relativement calme. Toller Urlaub

Vermieter Ehepaar sehr nett und zuvorkommend ! Haben trotz Flugverspätung bis um 23.00 Uhr auf uns gewartet. Hat uns mit seinem Auto Einkäufe nach Hause gefahren und uns gut beraten in Sachen Tourismus auf der Insel !!! Würde das Haus immer wieder Mieten ! MfG Bodo

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub, bei sehr aufmerksamen, lieben Gastgebern

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bemerkenswert gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Schöne große Terrasse, kurzer Weg zum Strand, Foto und Objektbeschreibung entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Parfait !!!

La location est très facile à trouver et juste à côté de la mer !! Avec un panorama époustouflant sur la mer et la montagne !Les photos sont identiques à la réalité ! Très belle location avec sa touche exotique qui invite à la détente ! L’appartement est très confortable, très propre très bien équipé! Il ne manque rien ! Le barbecue et les vélos à disposition sont un vrai plus ! Les propriétaires Dominique et Ivan sont très accueillants ( petits cadeaux de bienvenue !!) et sont toujours disponibles pour vous donner des conseils sur les spécialités locales, les endroits à visiter, les activités à tester et les restaurants à découvrir...

Leben wie Gott in Frankreich / vivre comme un coq en pâte

Déjà notre arrivés et l'accueil était exemplaire et chaleureux. En regardant autour de l'appartement, il était immédiatement clair : "nous ne manquerons de rien !"! Quoi que ce soit, tout était là. Surtout assez de vaisselle et de couverts. Il y a aussi assez d'espace de rangement et d'armoires pour nos bagages (4 personnes/2 semaines). Même notre chien s'est senti immédiatement à l'aise. L'appartement correspond vraiment aux photos. Les propriétaires sont toujours serviables. Nous avons même reçu des tomates fraîches, des concombres, des figues, etc. du propre culture. Un jardin d'herbes aromatiques est également disponible. C'est à 2 minutes à pied de la (belle) plage. Nous avons utilisé le gril deux fois. Le propriétaire nous a même fourni le bois. Nous vous disons MERCI !!!!!!!!!!!!! On reviendra !!!!!!!!!! Schon unsere Anreise war und der damit verbundene Empfang war vorbildlich und herzlich. Als wir uns in der Wohnung umsahen, war sofort klar: "es wird uns an nichts mangeln !!" Egal was es ist, es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Vor allem genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Außerdem genug Ablagefläche und Schrankfläche, für unser Gepäck ( 4 Personen/2Wochen ). Selbst unser Hund hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht wirklich den Fotos. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit behilflich. Man versorgte uns sogar mit frischen Tomaten, Gurken, Feigen ect… aus dem eigenen Anbau. Ein Kräutergarten ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Zum ( tollen ) Strand sind es 2 Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben den Grill 2 mal benutzt. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar das Holz zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir sagen DANKE !!!! Wir kommen wieder !!!

Super location,

L'endroit est tranquille et la mer est à environ 200 m. de la location. L'appartement est bien équipé, rien ne manque et la grande terrasse est très agréable pour prendre ses repas ou les bains de soleil. Dominique et Ivan sont des personnes charmantes, toujours prêts à vous conseiller pour découvrir les environs ainsi que la belle ville de Zadar et à vous faire partager les différents légumes de toutes sortes qu'Ivan rapporte des jardins de ses amis proches. Les vélos sont utiles pour faire ses courses et la voiture est sécurisée dans la cour. Nous sommes restés trois semaines et la location est vraiment à conseiller sans hésiter. Cerise pour des français,Dominique et Ivan parlent évidemment nôtre langue...
