The crop land is rented to a local farmer and depending on season/weather he may be farming the land.

Please note: We have made the hard decision to no longer allow children under the age of 10 and pets after several irresponsible owners- sorry for any inconvenience.
We do NOT have a T.V but we do have WIFI and board games!

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend opting for our damage protection insurance to cover any accidental damages during your stay.
When using the sauna, please remember to lock the door securely after use. An unlocked door may be whipped open by the wind, causing damage.

The location is beautiful. It is very private with stunning views. The hot tub is wonderful. The inside of the cabin is clean and well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. Just as wonderful as the first time! Serene location, break from the hustle and bustle and technology. The hot tub is our favorite! The cabin has everything and the accommodations are cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation and love connections.

Amazing on all levels

This is the 3rd year we stayed in a cabin in the area this time of year (a different one each year so far) and this was by far our favorite. The hot tub is awesome but we appreciated the wildlife the most. The bird feeder by the window provided such an amazing variety of birds, I don't want to spoil them all. Don't forget to look out the other windows as not all birds eat seed. Maybe a groundhog or opossum will make an appearance. Every night you're treated with a healthy deer population of 10-15 in the immediate area that come out to graze the farmland... don't forget to grab the binoculars (provided). Maybe a raccoon will even joined the deer a night of grazing together.

Not much else to add that the 70 other reviews haven't touched on. All the other reviews are spot-on. This is a beautiful property where you can go to escape - gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside, super clean cabin, just about anything you may need is already supplied. This was our first Vrbo rental, and it may have ruined any future ones as it is now the gold-standard that all other rentals will have to measure up to.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect for those looking to be secluded and experience quiet

Incredible time of quiet, listening to birds, seeing deer and groundhogs. You didn't hear anything except wind blowing and birds chirping.Hot tub was amazing, and outdoor shower was the best thing we've ever done! It was hot in seconds and fun to shower outside, even with the cool breeze. Sauna was nice though we did not take full advantage, but used it a couple times.Flat top grill was perfect for every single meal and kitchen was fully stocked, though that meant not a single cabinet or space was available for our food/snacks that we brought so we had to leave all our stuff in our bins. The deck was great for meals and evening relaxing times.Beds were comfortable, though it was slightly hot upstairs in the loft. A little extra air conditioning took care of that. Wi-fi held up great for our needs. Every drawer was full of extra linens so no shortage there.An incredible time, and we hope to be back!

Cabin in the Woods

This was the perfect spot to surprise my husband for his 55th birthday; he’s been asking to stay at a cabin in the woods for a Very long time;)!!! The cabin is wonderful and extremely comfortable! The owners have included many wonderful touches;) Anything & everything we needed was available in the kitchen, and the bathroom was beautiful and well-stocked! The hot tub at night with all the stars was incredible and the robes that were provided were super cozy, especially since we were there at the beginning of March! We also loved the fact that there wasn't a TV! It really was a lovely cabin to escape our hectic lives, regroup & celebrate his birthday! The cabin was everything that was in the listing & more;) We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place!

Secluded Winter Cabin

Jennifer's cabin is a perfect, cozy cabin with excellent amenities. The outdoor hot tub was a big hit despite the weather and she was highly responsive and proactive in making sure the driveway was plowed before we arrived and departed. We will be back!

Perfection

We booked this getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This little cabin on a hill surpassed all expectations! It is so cozy and quiet and the hot tub adds the perfect touch! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was SO comfortable! Lots of comfy chairs to curl up in for reading and naps as well! The wi-fi worked great so we didn’t have to miss the Packers game or the NYE ball drop. We were sad when it was time to leave!

Our new favorite place!

This cabin was perfection for us. My main concern was the kitchen lacking and I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed, this kitchen was stocked by a cook. Our other concern was temperature but the cabin was well insulated, the gas stove a nice touch and throw blankets were very accessible. The views were amazing, wildlife aplenty even in december and the hot tub is the highlight of course! My husband loved the live tree, we arrived Christmas evening and enjoyed opening our gifts to each other by firelight. We absolutely will be back!
