Set on large private grounds, offering privacy and peace, the Villa is suitable for 7 persons. It features a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, which all form a unique high-ceilinged spacious area and directly extend to the outside terrace, pool and garden, providing a seamless and enjoyable indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Villa Lodrica sleeps up to 7 persons and features two large double-bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace and pool, a sleeping gallery area with a double bed, large open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a pull-out sofa for 2, an additional bathroom and sauna, as well as guest toilet with a laundry area, including a washer, dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Each room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a sat-tv, provided with bedlinen and towels and with access to an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a desk and office area and is suitable for those who wish to combine remote work and leisure, while free high-speed wi-fi is available throughout.

Kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with a ceramic cooking stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils and much more.

Set on private, fully fenced and secluded grounds, it is surrounded by nature and beautiful views. Villa Lodrica boasts private heated whirl/swimming pool, jacuzzi, a sauna, outside kitchen with a bbq and a dining area, large sun terrace with a lounge area and deck chairs, children’s playground, as well as a spacious private parking. In addition to the whirlpool, jacuzzi and sauna, spa facilities also include an electrical massage mattress and a yoga mat, for a full relaxation experience.

For the little guests, in addition to the playground, there is an entertainment area with table tennis, trampoline and darts, as well as plenty of toys and games to keep the holiday fun. A high chair and a cot is also provided. For a rainy day, cards and board games are available, and a small library with a selection of books in many languages. For the four-legged guests, the area is fully fenced off, and bowls for water and food are provided. From the back garden, there is an access to a private forrest area, suitable for short walks.
