  • Romantic stone built house in a small village, completely rebuilt and equiped. Own swimming pool, garden with the fire pitt, bbq and a terrace overlooking the Kvarner bay and the islands. Stands at the highest position in the village surrounded by the nature. Remote enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of the nature but only few km from the best beaches of Riviera Crikvenica, restaurants and the shopping area.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes, kleines Steinhaus mit zwei Schlafräumen im OG, Küche, Bad mit Dusche, Wohnbereich im EG, fantastischem Außenpool und Grill. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Perfekt.Der nächste Supermarkt ist 7 min mit dem Auto entfernt in Bribir, ansonsten sind zahlreiche in Crikvenica zu finden.Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.Ein paar Tipps:Bei der Zufahrt mit dem PKW unbedingt den nördlichen Weg nehmen, nicht den etwas kürzeren durch die Siedlung, da extrem eng.In der Küche nicht zu viele Verbraucher gleichzeitig einschalten, da sonst die Sicherung rausfliegt. Diese findet sich bei der Wendeltreppe.Entgegen der Beschreibung besitzt das Haus keinen Ofen, nur eine Mikrowelle.

Kleines Haus mit herrlichem Blick

Das Häuschen befindet sich am Ende einer sehr schmalen Zufahrtsstraße. Ein kleines Wohnmobil hat sicher ein großes Problem nach oben zu kommen. Alles war top sauber und alles ist sehr liebevoll renoviert. Es geht innen sehr eng zu. Die Treppe ist extrem schmal und für kleinere Kinder sowie ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Ich meine, dass das Haus für 4 Personen zu klein ist. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend zum Schwimmen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Leider gab es keine Auflagen für die Poolliegen. Es waren kein Geschirrtuch, Spüllappen, Spülmittel vorhanden. Ein bisschen mehr Basisausstattung wäre wünschenswert.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren 8 Tage vor Ort und genossen zum einen ein Wetter, was sich wohl jeder Urlauber wünscht und daraus resultierend hatten wir tolle Tage am privaten Pool sowie in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist schlicht eingerichtet, das Erdgeschoss mit Bad beherbergt noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer sowie eine Küche, welche ein wenig spärlich bestückt ist. Ein Herd steht nicht zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist leider ohne Fenster und die Lüftung daher schwierig. Grundsätzlich darf man keine Angst vor Krabbeltieren haben, es isr ein Naturhaus, d.h. kleine Raupen, Käfer, Spinnen sind nun mal vorhanden. Der Pool ist ein Infinity Pool und war wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal auf das Meer und die Gebirgskette. Zum entspannen und erholen würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Zeit verging leider viel zu schnell. PS: Angst vor schmalen Straßen und Winkeln darf man als Autofahrer nicht haben, die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ein Abenteuer aber nach 3 mal hin und her fährt man schon fast wie ein Einheimischer. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und diskret und ist jederzeit erreichbar wenn mal etwas anzufragen ist. Top!

Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet und sauber und hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub zu viert braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe und den sensationellen Blick vom Pool sehr genossen!
