"The appartement was good and new but some stain of moisture already appart on the bottom of the wall, some wall sealing unglue on our stay. The service was really terrible the cleaning lady try to charge us on the spot for some dirt on a towel and was really agressive ,one off the two toilet when out of service the manager off the place told us he would send someone to repare it twice but never did it. "This property is right across the beach area, less than 5 minutes walk. There are several restaurants and grocery store & convenient store nearby. The agent for this property is very good, we had a problem check in at another property we reserved and rebook this property at the last minute, the agent allow us to do early check-in."

The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...
