This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't because they felt they had to be nice but genuinely all just seemed to be lovely people who couldn't do enough for me. Without trying to sound trite, it really was nice to come back to every time as they all seemed so pleased ...

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and happy to assist whenever possible! Giang and Tuyen at the front desk were so sweet an attentive, and everyone made sure we had a comfortable stay!
