"What we liked most about our stay was the staff. They were all very helpful, kind and pleasant."

"Remote, TV, hardware on sink/tub, mirror...lots of fingerprints. The front desk reception/greeter made us feel we were disturbing her, no smiles upon greeting/check In. There was toast, dry bagels for breakfast ONLY, coffee wasn't even made!!! Parking was fine. Fire alarm with fire trucks had us evacuate at 3:30am. Smokers w/dog always blocking the entrance of door we entered/exited. Beds comfortable and they changed out towels each day, appreciated that. "

"I really loved that the breakfast started at 6 AM even on the weekend. We were there for a dance competition all weekend and had to leave by seven each morning so it was nice to be able to take advantage of that. The rooms were clean seems like it has lots of amenities."

"Showers were not user friendly ! We were on the first floor and there was quite a bit of noise above our room! Otherwise it was a very nice experience!"

"Quite possibly the WORST hotel "resort" or lack there of! Beautiful view and convenient location. I've asked to speak with the management twice since we've checked out, and no one has followed up. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It felt like we were in an abandoned hotel. American horror story! I would love it if management would call back and give me some sort of refund whether partial or full. $200 for a low grade "resort" is repulsive. I am always traveling and I will never return and I will continue to tell my story until they reach out and rectify this! They should be ashamed!"
