The villa spans two floors totaling 450 square metres. On the ground floor are two spacious living rooms with fireplaces and a pool table. On the ground floor, another beautiful fireplace frames a spacious living room that opens onto a dining room, a large kitchen, and six double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower (one bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub).
The villa also features a private pool overlooking the estate’s stunning views and is surrounded by a large garden with a panoramic terrace, equipped with all the amenities needed to relax and dine al fresco, immersed in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The outdoor area is fenced and for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests.
Air conditioning (optional) is available for a fee of 0.90 per kWh.

The villa is part of a working farm that produces its own wine and olive oil. You can opt for a wine tasting; our sommeliers, Lorenzo and Francesca, will be delighted to guide you on a food and wine journey to discover the wines of our region.
