Luxury penthouse apartment, featuring terraces on each of the two floors, can be found in a charming historical town of Vinaros located on the Costa Azahar in Castellon province, Valencia.

Two large well taken care of swimming pools within the compound secured area can be freely used and are also suitable for small children. Guests can enjoy parking in a compound garage lot assigned to the apartment.

Attractive wild coast beaches (with showers) and local restaurants are within a short walking distance. The main beach, Playa del Fortí, is in the town center by the lovely promenade. It is just a 10 minute drive to get there. Parking is easy and free. Panorámica Golf & Country Club is also within easy reach.

The apartment is fully and beautifully furnished, it has air-conditioning and free WIFI.

The entrance into the apartment opens into an open space living area including a fully equipped kitchen and a staircase to the upper floor. There is a large (120 cm) flat TV (both terrestrial and international satellite TV channels are available) in the living area. A large sliding door opens to a spacious, west oriented terrace. The lower floor also connects with two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The upper floor features another bedroom/studio with a wide sliding door opening to a fully private terrace (sunroof). Apart from a single bed there is a desk and a comfortable chair for those who want to do some office work or just browse the WEB.

The apartment is ideally suited to those who want to relax by the pool or on the beach, love cycling, playing golf, as well as for those who would like to use it as an ideal base for their trips to Valencia, Tarragona, Barcelona, Delta de Ebro, Morella, Els Ports national park, etc..

Haben ein paar Tage in der Wohnung verbracht - wir können nichts negatives darüber schreiben. Es ist alles da was man benötigt – sogar ein Sonnenschirm , Strandmatten und Klappstühle für den Strandbesuch. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Marieke war super. Vielen herzlichen Dank - die Ferienwohnung können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Marieke nous a reçu à l heure prévue pour prendre le logement gros avantage pour nous elle parlait le français et était disponible pour toutes demandes. Le logement rien à redire parfait. Les deux grandes piscines sont pratiques car il y a toujours un moment où vous pouvez en profiter seuls. La résidente est sécurisée, très propre et la piscine est nettoyée tous les matins.

La urbanización es bastante maja y las zonas comunes (piscina y solarium) están muy bien cuidados. Te desplazas en coche fácilmente hacia las calas o a cualquier sitio ya que estás al lado de la carretera general. El dúplex tiene todas las comodidades: friegaplatos, secadora, toldos eléctricos, menaje de todo tipo ... Los colchones son súper cómodos aunque las almohadas nos resultaron bajas. Como inconveniente veo que no puedes comer cómodamente dentro del piso ya que no hay una mesa para ello. Hay una meseta con tres sillas altas pero no puedes meter las piernas, así que o comes con una bandeja en el sofá o sales a la mesa de la terraza haga frío o calor. La otra parte mala es que al final tienes que subir a una segunda/tercera planta.... Con lo cual haces ejercicio!!! Con todo, el mayor inconveniente fueron las hormigas. A pesar de pasarnos el día barriendo y fregando el suelo para que estuviera impoluto, había un reguero de hormigas cada dos por tres. Aunque echamos un spray que había para insectos, seguían viniendo😥 Marieke nos atendió muy amablemente a la llegada y nos facilitó la salida. En general ha sido una buena experiencia

Wir genossen einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden bestens betreut durch Mareike vor Ort und auch die ganze Begleitung bis wir dort waren. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet eingerichtet. Gepflegte Ferienwohnung nah am Meer
Wir haben schon mehrmals diese Wohnung gebucht und sind immer wieder zufrieden. Von Badestrandtüchern, Strandmatten bis Klappstühle, alles ist für den Strand oder Swimmingpool vorhanden. Für Fragen steht Mareike immer zur Verfügung. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung
Wir sind jetzt zum zweiten mal in der Unterkunft gewesen und es war unverändert gut. Sehr gute Ausstattung, große Betten und gute Matratzen. Auch für den Strand stehen Schirm und zwei Stühle zur Verfügung. Die Abwicklung der Wohnungsünernahme - übergabe verlief problemlos. Auch die Außenanlage wird täglich gepflegt.
