"It was inexpensive. Rooms face into courtyard with treed and flowering plants, guests have a fob to obtain entry to courtyard, and rooms. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable."

"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing!
Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team.
