Magnificent vistas! Wonderful location with easy access to beaches and downtown Viña Del Mar. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy, well appointed and comfortable. We loved it. We had only one concern: When we had just arrived and were unloading our luggage, we were told that the elevator in our tower is not working. Our apartment was on the 13th floor. The solution was to take the elevator in the building’s other tower to the 9th floor (which has the only bridge connecting the two towers ) walk outside to the other tower and then climb the four remaining flights to our apartment. The exercise certainly did us no harm. It was a little difficult carrying our luggage. Other than that, it was just a minor inconvenience. For someone else it might have been more difficult. We should have known in advance of our arrival. Still, we enjoyed everything about our stay. And communication with the owner was spectacularly easy and effective. She responded almost immediately and always thoughtfully and thoroughly. I highly recommend this location. We loved our time there.
