"We booked as an overnight stop on a long drive so we were grateful for a good room and an easy location not far from the main route we were travelling. We were grateful to find a good hotel that was dog friendly as we were travelling with our Cocker Spaniel. The room was a little worn in places but otherwise a very good stay. "This is a plesant hotel in the old city with many options for food & drinks although not alwayas open (in May) when needed. The main problem was getting in: although a pleasant reception exists, when we arrived, no-one was there just a message on the door with spanish phone numbeerst to call, but without the international code. We were rescued by a fellow guest who was able to call the number and get instructions, but it was pretty frustrating. After that all was well."
