"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"A lovely place to stay - a well appointed apartment in delightful grounds. Quiet and peaceful but easy to get into town for dinner. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. A very pleasant breakfast was served outside in the garden. Highly recommend."

"The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with information places to visit etc. excellent parking adjacent to room . The property very clean well decorated and traditional French . Great location for base to visit places such as Amboise and tours highly recommend this B&B will certainly return if back visiting this area . We stayed for three nights."

"Hotel is excellent; has off road parking and two large sitting areas, one interior and one exterior. Owners were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us; very friendly. Sadly, there was only one other person there and this was in the middle of August. We just loved the multi coloured rooms: very different and refreshing. Breakfast with homemade bread, jam, fruit smoothie and fresh crepes as well as homemade cakes every day. Rooms on two floors, fully cosy and stylishly furnished. "I stayed here because of business. I selected it due to the location. What I found is a gorgeous place with excellent service that I would certainly return to. This is quite a romantic setting. They do have a restaurant, but I did not eat there. The parking is ample and easy to use. "

"Un hôtel agréable, mais aux chambres vraiment petites. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un accueil efficace qui nous a permis d'arriver très tard sans complications. Il est situé près d'un rond point assez passant, ce qui en rend l'accès aisé, mais force à garder les fenêtres fermées la nuit. Heureusement qu'il y a une climatisation. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Mon seul bémol est la taille des chambres, où il est difficile d'avoir plus qu'une valise de taille cabine ouverte dans la chambre. Comme l'hôtel est à proximité des nombreuses attractions des châteaux de la Loire, il vaut mieux en profiter et ne passer qu'un temps minimum dans les chambres. "

"This place is a little gem, nested in the countryside with a fantastic vibe. The host is extremely kind and clearly made a great work with the place, the room was perfect for my family of 4 and we all loved the stay. The breakfast was definitely the best in our month-long vacation in France. When going again to the Loire valley, I'd definitely be coming back a La Source de Bury to use as a base to visit the many castles in the area."
