    Nice country duplex in an equestrian cottage (for riders and their horses)
    At the gates of L'AVESNOIS between VALENCIENNES and MAUBEUGE
    A LA CAMPAGNE welcomes you in the green town of VILLERS POL 59530
    Gite open since AUGUST 2024 completely renovated keeping the charm of the old stable with its vaulted ceiling. Capacity: 4 people, 60 m2 .
    You will find everything you need to cook (crockery, dishes, casserole etc), baby dishes (high chair)
    Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, 2 sinks with all linen available (towels and gloves) (shampoo, shower gel, cotton and cotton buds). Living room with lounge area, sofa bed (190x200), smart TV, free wifi.equipped kitchen where nothing is missing!! UPSTAIRS
    2bedrooms with 1 person beds, the beds can be pushed together to make a large bed 180X200
    all beds are made on your arrival!!!!
    baby bed (as well as changing mat and bath). Garden: 65 m2 of terrace with views of the countryside. Very close to shops, hiking trails, ramparts in our neighbouring townLE QUESNOY and its pond, a leisure centre for children!! Whether you are on holiday, retired, or working, do not hesitate to enquire!! See you soon!!!
