"The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. Spacious rooms with all necessities. No coffee/tea station however coffee/tea was readily available in the breakfast room. Easy access to the motorway and a short drive to the centre of Arras."

"Perfect stay other than signage to access through the gates and where to check in - this was frustrating after a long drive. No reception and they charge yo twice
"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or ..."
