A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. "Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. I highly recommend it!"

"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. Host was very relaxed and...

"The house was big and spacious, and very well equipped. It had A big garden and a nice swimming pool which the children loved! We didn’t t use the air conditioning as there was a lovely breeze to keep us cool enough, and an awning over the patio table to shade us from the sun when having lunch or dinner outside. We used the BBQ several times. We loved Balaruc with its many restaurants on the edge of lake Thau, and the beautiful town of Sete and its lovely beaches close by."

"Ein sehr schönes Haus etwas abseits vom Trubel. Perfekt für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet mit tollem Pool. Es gibt kein Wlan, für Familien mit Teenagern vielleicht eine wichtige Info :-)"

"Super séjour dans une maison au top. Nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine et du très beau jardin. Les environs sont magnifiques ( lac du Salagou, le cirque de Mourèze, Saint Guilhem le desert……..). Jean François est accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. Je vous recommande cette location où il fait bon vivre."
