Welcome to Villeneuve-lès-Béziers, and to our charming village house, ideal for up to 4 guests. Just a 2-minute walk from the Canal du Midi and a 5-minute drive from the beaches, it offers the perfect setting between village life, nature, and the Mediterranean coast.



You will enjoy three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and spacious living area, and a lovely furnished rooftop terrace—perfect for outdoor dining, aperitifs, or simply relaxing in the sunshine.



The Space:

The accommodation is spread over several levels.



On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a hallway leading to a spacious games room equipped with a foosball table, a dartboard, and a small refrigerator. This room also provides access to a separate toilet, a shower room with a washing machine, and a secure garage, ideal for storing bicycles or a motorcycle.



From the hallway, a staircase decorated with traditional cement tiles leads to the first floor. Here, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed and a private shower room, as well as a bright living area featuring a lounge and a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen.



On the second floor, a bedroom with bunk beds and an adjoining toilet leads to a third bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom opens onto a pleasant rooftop terrace, sunny and fully furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a plancha grill.



Guest Access:

The entire property is private and reserved exclusively for your use. You will have full access to all areas and can enjoy your stay independently, comfortably, and with complete peace of mind.



Other Things to Note:

The accommodation does not have a garage or a private parking space in the immediate vicinity.



However, you will find a parking area approximately 10 meters away (the Post Office / Medical Center parking lot), as well as a free public parking lot within about a 30-meter walk.



Security Deposit Required

A security deposit will be required, including for Airbnb guests, via a bank card pre-authorization. The amount starts from €150, depending on the accommodation.
