Situated between Forcalquier and Villeneuve, this farmhouse with its 180 m² annexe, fenced swimming pool and panoramic terrace can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

It comprises a pretty 25 m² living room (with fireplace, first flambée offered), two fully-equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, three shower rooms (with shower) and you can enjoy its garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

Main house
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace (wood available).
- A 15 m² fully-equipped kitchen (electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, basic products included).
- A 25 m² dining room with fireplace (first flambé offered).
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC).
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds with the option of forming a king-size bed (180x200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds with the option of forming a king-size bed (180x200).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.

The annex
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a TV lounge and a double sofa bed (sleeps two).
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en suite shower room and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: fan, barbecue, washing machine, plancha, cot (on request) and high chair.

Outside:
- A private enclosed unheated swimming pool, 12 m × 6 m and 1.50 m deep. Open from June to September.
- A 137-hectare estate with 20 km of signposted paths: explore the countryside on foot, by bike or mountain bike.
