Its location is ideal for lovers of fishing, relaxing along the river 200 m away (unsupervised swimming) and relaxing on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²).

The cottage has a garage, an enclosed courtyard of 75 m² with a paved terrace of 20 m².
