Located in Villelongue-dels-Monts, in the heart of the Albères, Le ch'ti casot offers a perfect base to explore the Mediterranean coast, the beautiful Catalan countryside, and nearby Spain. Easily accessible and set in a peaceful area, the property is just 15 minutes from the A9 motorway (Le Boulou exit) and 15 minutes from the beaches of Argelès. The bright living room features a sofa bed for extra guests. A travel cot can be provided on request. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric plancha and a barbecue. The spacious, light-filled bedroom (160 cm bed) has air conditioning. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate. The cottage opens onto a private south-facing terrace overlooking the 10 x 5 m pool and the Albères mountains. The terrace, with an awning, has outdoor table and chairs and is not overlooked by the owners’ terrace. Relaxing poolside furniture is available. A large secure parking area is available on the property. Access to the cottage is via the side of the house. This is an independent cottage, separate from the owners’ home. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided and changed weekly. Beds are made for your arrival. The pool is maintained every 2 to 3 days and is shared with the owners.
