This 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a small village with open countryside views.
There is so much to see and do in the area.
5 minutes drive to the Mediterranean beaches or a cycle/foot path runs directly from our village to Ste Marie la Mer and Perpignan.
30 minutes drive to Spain.
Perpignan airport and train station close by with public transport available

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment has an open plan living area, with 2 comfy sofas and a dining table to seat 4, also a television and wifi internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep a maximuim of 4 adults (plus 2 children on request).
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed and single bed, with en suite shower and sink.
The second bedroom also contains a double and single bed, with en suite shower and sink, 1 separate toilet in hallway.
Outdoor seating area on rear terrace with views over garden and to hills beyond, seating area, out door cooking facilities and large open children safe gardens, fruit trees and goats, a breathtaking natural environment to relax and enjoy away from noise and people. Private pool with sun loungers and seating ,access is available, from 08.00 - 22.00 Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is after 12.00 pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside or in the pool area.
- There is free parking on premises and an electric operated main gate.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Please note quiet time to be respected after 22h
- No parties allowed
- Pool access dependent on weather conditions and respect of facilities.
- The towels provided are not to be taken to the beach or used in the pool area.
- Cleaning materials are provided and apartment must be left in a good condition upon departure.
- all linen and towels to be left near washing machine on departure.
- all breakages and damage to be paid for prior to departure or same quality replacement item provided. Cleaning fee required for bed linen and towels.
