It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 80 m². The accommodation comprises
- Entrance hall with wardrobe, separate WC and staircase to the first floor
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a round table with two chairs.
- A 50 m² air-conditioned living room with a large sofa and TV. A dining room accessible by three steps from the living room, with a study area and two single sofa beds.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with washing machine.

First floor
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with two dressing rooms
- Bathroom with double basins, bath and shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A green and fragrant 26m² terrace. It has two deckchairs and a coffee table, a teak dining table for 6 people, 1 parasol, 1 barbecue and a tap/fountain.
- There is a small garden in front of the house with rose bushes, thyme, rosemary, lavender, red kiwi and hydrangea.

The house is ideally located in Villefranche-sur-Saône, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
