- VillaFranche is gelegen in het authentieke dorp Villefranche-du-Périgord, helemaal in het zuiden van de Dordogne, tussen de rivieren Dordogne en Lot. De heuvelachtige, bosrijke omgeving is ideaal om te wandelen, fietsen en te genieten van rust, natuur en gastronomie.
De regio is rijk aan geschiedenis: in de Périgord Pourpre ontdekken jullie de wijngaarden van Monbazillac en Pécharmant, de historische stad Bergerac en prachtige bastides zoals Monpazier, Beaumont en Eymet. De Périgord Noir staat bekend om zijn UNESCO-grotten, indrukwekkende kastelen en pittoreske dorpen als Domme, Beynac en La Roque-Gageac.
VillaFranche is een vrijstaand vakantiehuis van 354 m² op een terrein van 7.000 m², volledig privé en zonder buren. Op slechts 5 minuten lopen vinden jullie winkels, restaurants, bank, tabakswinkel, openbaar zwembad en visvijver.
Het huis biedt plaats aan maximaal 6 personen. Op de eerste verdieping: ruime woonkamer met open haard, volledig uitgeruste keuken, tweepersoonskamer, badkamer en apart toilet. Boven: twee slaapkamers, één met tweepersoonsbed, één met twee eenpersoonsbedden.
Twee terrassen, tuinmeubilair, barbecue en luiken zorgen voor comfort. Wifi is inbegrepen. De tv werkt alleen met dvd-speler.
Hoogseizoen: verhuur van zaterdag tot zaterdag. Buiten het seizoen zijn aankomst- en vertrekdagen flexibel. Lange verblijven en overwinteren mogelijk op aanvraag.
