Perfect for families or small groups, the home features two bedrooms—one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other with a double bed, single bed, and trundle bed—plus a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and separate toilet.

The living room includes a fireplace, seating area, dining table, DVD player, and TV with international channels (note: no Dutch channels). The fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. A washing machine, heating, and free WiFi add extra comfort.

Outside, enjoy a private terrace, garden, BBQ, and garden furniture—perfect for al fresco dining. Pets are welcome!

With restaurants and shops (5 km), a lake (10 km), tennis courts (6 km), and a golf course (25 km) nearby, this home is a great base for exploring the Périgord countryside and enjoying outdoor activities.

A security deposit of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
