New apartment (residence of 2018), area of 57m2, terrace of 10 m2 with unique views of the sea and the mountains, in a preserved area, wooded, and a great tranquility. The island of Elba, very close is under your eyes. The city reached in a few minutes is less than 3 km from the apartment. Covered parking under the residence. We took care of the decoration of this apartment and its equipment so that you are at your ease. Air conditioned bedroom and living room.

The apartment is ideally located to discover the most beautiful natural places in our region: Cap Corse, its picturesque villages, protected natural areas and beaches, the seaside resort of Saint-Florent and its coastline with crystal clear waters ( less than 20 minutes). Bastia, artistic and cultural capital of Corsica, steeped in history, its narrow streets to the Italian, the charm of its old port and the citadel overlooking it is located less than 5 minutes from the apartment.

The rental of this apartment has the vocation to be a true hotel service. Complete kit provided with sheets, towels, bath mats, dishcloths washed in professional laundry, at your request during the stay. Bel appartement avec belle vue mais c'est un défi de s'y rendre!

L'appartement se trouve en périphérie de Bastia, accessible par des rues en lacet en pente forte. C'est le prix à payer pour jouir d'une belle vue sur une vallée donnant sur la mer! Il y a une pente très forte pour accéder au garage et il n'est pas facile de trouver l'appartement même une fois rendu à l'intérieur de l'immeuble, malgré que le propriétaire s'efforce de transmettre des instructions détaillées. Une fois sur place et bien installé, on apprécie que l'appartement soit confortable, bien aménagé et bien équipé.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement bien situé, en dehors et très proche de la ville, au calme. Très belle vue sur l'île d'Elbe, la mer, montagne verdoyante. Grand balcon éclairé par le soleil tôt le matin, l'appartement ne subit pas beaucoup ses assauts, ce qui préserve sa fraîcheur tout le long de la journée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement, comme à la maison. Appartement propre, état neuf, et la place de parking couvert avec ouverture à code est un grand+ pour la sécurité. Pas de vis à vis. Propriétaire disponible à 100%, aimable, à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.

Sehr schöne und super saubere Wohnung und eine neue Erfahrung, unter Korsen in einer Wohnanlage zu wohnen. Sehr netter virtueller Kontakt zum Vermieter Eric mit sensationell guter Vorab-Information über whatsapp und SMS. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Bastia hier sehr genossen, praktisch war für uns auch die Nutzung der Tiefgarage für unser vollbeladenes Urlaubsauto...

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Berge

Der Gastgeber Eric gab uns bereits im Vorfeld genaue Beschreibungen davon, wie wir zur Wohnung kommen, wir wir unser Auto parken und dann den Zutritt zur Wohnung finden. Das kannten wir bisher noch nicht so - sehr gut! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns in den vier Tagen sehr wohl dort. Unser Frühstück zelebrierten wir auf dem Balkon mit dem herrlichen Ausblick. Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge bzw. Kritikpunkte: - Der Kühlschrank ist wirklich sehr laut. - Im Wohnbereich hätten wir eine einfache Stehlampe gut gefunden, da die vorhandenen Beleuchtung wenig gemütlich ist. - Die Wohnung bzw. das Gebäude liegt in Mitten schöner Natur, aber das gesamte Gebäude mit Zuwegungen wird von Beton dominiert. Das finden wir etwas schade, da es auch (Rank-)Pflanzen gibt, die wenig Pflege benötigen. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und danken dir Eric!

Außergewöhnlicher Ausblick aus einer erstklassigen Wohnung

Auf unserer Korsikareise mit mehreren Stationen war diese Wohnung das Highlight. Nach Rückkehr aus dem lebhaften Bastia tut die absolute Ruhe gut. Man genießt den Ausblick aus einer hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Vorbereitung und Unterstützung durch Eric ist perfekt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer

Leider konnten wir Eric nicht persönlich kennenlernen während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts. Allerdings haben wir vorab wirklich alle detaillierten Anweisungen bis hin zur Anreisebeschreibung im Videoformat erhalten. Auch per WhatsApp und Telefon konnten wir ihn jederzeit erreichen: hervorragend. Die Wohnung liegt ein wenig versteckt in den Bergen vor Bastia, es handelt sich um eine modern ausgestattete Neubauwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Toilette und Bad. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Hier bleiben kaum Wünsche offen! Hier zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: - der Kühlschrank ist ziemlich laut, wenn man im Wohnzimmer übernachtet - die Couch lässt sich zu einem vollständigen Bett ausklappen (etwas versteckt über eine Lasche in der Lehne), leider quietscht das Bett dann ziemlich laut Diese Kleinigkeiten haben unseren Urlaub aber nicht beeinträchtigt, da hat alles gepasst.Danke Eric!

Très bel appartement climatisé
