El general estuvo buena la estadía, pero si pienso que pudo ser mejor en cuanto a muchos factores! 1. Al tomar la habitación y al descender una de las camas, había señales de comida en algunos lugares, es como si no hubieran cambiado las sábanas, ya que no se sentían frescas, ni tampoco el juego de las almohadas, poco confort en los cojines y en el colchón! 2. Falta más limpieza en el baño, no estaba bien aseado. 3. De igual manera, falta más limpieza en el área de la piscina, el agua estaba con pelos, mosquitos y suciedad en ella. Las sillas tbn estaba muy cochinas, tanto que al poner mi toalla personal, un sombrero blanco y un bolso claro, en menos de nada, ya estaban cochinos! 4. La atención en el área del restaurante, pésima, en el momento de solicitar el desayuno, la señora atendía mal, respondía de mala gana cuando se le preguntaba o solicitaba algo. Poca variedad en el desayuno y pequeñas porciones. Rescato la atención en recepción, muy diligentes y atentos en el servicio y en cuanto a nuestras solicitudes!

Muy bueno

El hotel está ubicado cerca al estadio y a Unicentro, las zonas aledañas no son tan buenas, el hotel es muy cómodo, muy buen mantenimiento, el desayuno acordé al precio, muy buena atención y hay dispensadores de café y agua permanente para los huéspedes, el parqueadero es muy amplio y buen servicio.
