"I had a deluxe balcony room. It’s says queen bed. It was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single comforters. Hated it. No coffee or tea in room. No mini bar Hated the shower you had to climb in bathtub to shower. The shower was on the side of the bathtub. Horrible shower doors Breakfast was ok if you got there ay 8am. If you got there at 9 am most things had gone or were cold. Not one of my favorite stays"

"The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor"

"Great location from the lake about 50m walk. Where there is beach area. Little shop on site with everything you would need, fresh bread and pastries every morning. A short walk from the main town which has restaurant's and cocktail bars. Bus, train and ferry all short walk"
