When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"From the location, just off the ring road roundabout, you would not think of this hotel - and what a treat you would miss. Stepping back in time, a gracious age, soft lighting and yet modern convenience. A lovely, spacious room with style and fun. Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. A treat to find, a joy to stay."
