Cosas buenas: - Hotel precioso - Restaurante realmente excepcional - Me invitaron a la cuenta del restaurante por las molestias. Cosas malas: - No llegaba ni una gota de internet. Absolutamente nada, olvídense no ya de ver una serie en el ordenador, sino de enviar un correo. Tampoco se puede utilizar el móvil como router, porque apenas hay cobertura de teléfono (lo cual hace más incomprensible todavía que no se hayan encargado de asegurarse una buena conexión para un lugar así). Cuando contraté el servicio ponía internet en las habitaciones. - Atención al huésped o servicio de habitaciones casi inexistente. Solo hay una persona en una mesa escondida que atiende todo y no da abasto. Si se llama al servicio, la mitad de las veces no cogen el teléfono y no están el tiempo que dicen. No había ni una botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación, ni minibar, ni siquiera una máquina para comprar refrescos. Todo pasa por ir a probar suerte y pedir en recepción. - En el check out me cobraron por segunda vez la habitación, que ya había pagado a través de hotels.com. Les enseño el correo donde dice que la reserva está pagada y no les vale. Descargo la factura de hotels.com y no les vale. La empleada llama a su superior que me dice que simplemente pone que está cobrada porque es tarifa no reembolsable. Les digo que llevo 15 años utilizando hotels, y que les aseguro que sé cuando me la han cobrado. Me hacen ir a enseñarles el cargo del banco que ,obviamente, ahí estaba.Ni se disculpan
