You’ll find a cosy villa with a “relaxation” pool nestled in the greenery, just a few metres from Campulongu Beach.

Two convenient walking paths lead to Campulongu Beach, one of the most beautiful in Villasimius, renowned for its crystal-clear waters.
Here you’ll find beautiful white sand dunes, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, that stretch right up to the water’s edge.
The house is laid out on a single level, with three sides opening onto a spacious garden filled with Mediterranean scrub. A large covered loggia adds significant value to the residence, serving as a bridge between the interior spaces, the private garden, and the view.
The patio is divided into three distinct yet perfectly integrated functional areas: the outdoor living room, the dining/breakfast area, and the kitchen area, which features a large table for larger gatherings.
Adjacent to the patio is the swimming pool with a whirlpool.
The garden features a traditional Sardinian oven with a wood-fired BBQ, an additional covered and fully equipped kitchen area, a large clothesline, and two heated outdoor showers.
From the patio, a granite staircase leads to the sun deck, which offers a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
Inside, the house consists of a kitchen/dining area with an adjacent pantry/laundry area, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a bathroom and an ante-bathroom, and two double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The living room features a sofa that converts into a double bed.
Due to the presence of the pool, please note that only guests—both adults and children—who can swim are accepted.

Guest Access
From the provincial road, a restricted-access gate (with a barrier) leads to the subdivision road, which runs for about 100 metres, leads to the residence.
The driveway, within the parking area, provides space for two cars: one under a carport and the other in the open.

Other things to keep in mind
The Municipality of Villasimius has established a tourist tax payable by anyone staying overnight within the municipal territory, including in non-hotel accommodation.
The following rates currently apply to short-term rentals:
- €1 per night per person (from May 1 to September 30 of each calendar year)
- €0.50 per night per person (from January 1 to April 30 and from October 1 to December 32 of each calendar year).
Children under the age of ten are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price listed on the website; therefore, it must be paid in cash upon arrival.
