    Beautiful and comfortable The beach is perfect for swimming, sea sports activities (sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, mountain biking) , golf, tennis, rent boat) or hiking.
    At the Villasimius's You can not go to the beach, or Cavoli Island to small island with a lighthouse surrounded by a wild and protected naturalist context, or Serpentara island area.
    A house with two bedrooms, fully furnished with a private bathroom.
    At the first level The house has an open plan living room with a fully equipped American style kitchen, a sofa, a 32 "flat screen TV, and the bathroom. In the second room there are two bedrooms, one master bed room, two bunk beds and one single bed, both of them with balcony.
    Inside the beach (beach umbrella, beach towels), baby equipment on request (high chair, cot, stroller), bath towels, bed linen, necessaries for the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving gel , toothpaste, hair dryer, all included in the price for everyone guest).

Very nice!

Cozy beautiful place close to the center of Villasimius. Very nice host, always approachable for questions. Equipped kitchen and Luca provided food for the first day(s). Small rental car recommended (narrow garage).

Casa da modernizzare

Luca ci ha accolto in modo splendido , facendoci trovare tutto ciò che ci serviva. Il vero problema di questa casa è che ha il bagno al piano terra e le camere al primo piano , dall’annuncio nn lo avevo capito . Internamente è da ristrutturare , il bagno è molto vecchio e i letti sono a molla . La posizione è buona , vicino al Centro . La verandina esterna è agievole. I condizionatori ci sono solo nelle camera e nella cameretta mentre al piano sotto c’e solo un piccolo ventilatore . Casa ben fornita ma ripeto da sistemare e modernizzare .

Appartement parfait pour un séjour en famille à Villasimius

Nous avons passé presque 2 semaines avec nos enfants dans ce joli appartement. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la propreté de l'appartement, ainsi que son emplacement, dans un endroit très calme au centre de Villasimius. Le soir, il était vraiment très agréable de pouvoir sortir pour aller au restaurant ou au marché sans avoir besoin de la voiture! L'appartement a deux petits balcons et une terrasse. Il est parfaitement équipé. Luca, qui est un hôte très sympathique et très efficace, a vraiment pensé à tout et rien ne manque dans l'appartement. Il y a également un box pour la voiture. Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Luca et nous serions très contents d'y revenir!

Perfect location, very friendly host

We have stayed a week in the apartment. The location is perfect, very safe and everything is close. Walk to the restaurant and shop just right around the corner. Apartment is SUPER clean. “Schönes Appartement in idealer Lage”

Sehr schönes kleines Appartement direkt in der Altstadt . Shoppingmöglichkeiten inkl. Lebensmittel und Bäcker sowie viele Restaurants quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und auf der kleinen Terrasse schön frühstücken oder auch den lauen Sommerabend wunderbar bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Luca, die Besitzerin, ist ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und hat jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps für den Villasimius Aufenthalt. Komme gerne wieder!

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt !

Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen. Sowohl zum Baden, als auch zum Einkaufen. Das Appartement erstreckt sich auf 2 Ebenen, ist super sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Abends kann man sich auch wunderbar gleich ganz in der Nähe amüsieren. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man den Markt,Gechäfte für jeden Geschmack und viele gute Restaurants.Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral - die Bilder entsprechen der Wohnung also sehr neu alles und super ausgestattet. Sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Putz- und Waschmittel und ein Wein und Wasser zur Begrüßung. Also ideal für einen Urlaub in Villasimius Wir kommen gerne wieder. Klaus, Kathy

Fantastic location, amazing terrace & helpful host

Really enjoyed our stay in Villasimius which was made even more special by finding such a fantastic apartment in a central location. The apartment had everything we needed and the terrace was really relaxing and private. The House has a good location, just a short walk there are many bars, cafes, restaurants, bakery and food store all around.. with very good ice-cream. The host(Luca) was very friendly and helpful, always looked after if we had any questions and was a great help in many ways!!!! Would definitely return.

Great Location & Friendly welcome

Our first trip to Villasimius made all the better by our stay in this excellent apartment. Ideally situated just a few steps from restaurant and food shop, close to the main square and just a short walk to the Saturday Market on the street. Beautifully equipped, even has a Nespresso machine, and best of all two terraces! Luca answered our emails promptly and we were greeted promptly at the apartment on both arrival and departure. Would thoroughly recommend it!
