Welcoming independent villa of 80 sqm on two levels, perfect for a relaxing holiday in Villasimius. The house features two private courtyards: one equipped with a barbecue, hot/cold outdoor shower, table and chairs for outdoor dining; the other serves as a convenient private parking space, a rare find in the area.
The location is strategic and quiet, at the entrance of the town: three supermarkets are within walking distance in a few minutes, and the center of Villasimius is about a 10-minute walk away. The beautiful beaches of Simius and Castiadas are easily reached by car in a few minutes.
Ground floor: fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, and dishes; living room with sofa bed and TV; bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First floor: sleeping area with two spacious and bright bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds), both with private balconies and air conditioning. There is also a second bathroom with shower on this floor.
