Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 150 m, bar 200 m, bus stop "via Roma la Lanterna" 150 m, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach "Simius" 2 km. Marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Nearby attractions: Is Traias 3 km, Campulongu 3 km, Punta Molentis 13 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
4-room house on 3 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 gas rings). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony.
