Listing stated 2 bathrooms and there was only one. Host stated that the listing said 1 bathroom but it clearly said 2. I guess I didn’t know that an outdoor shower was considered a bathroom.

Perfect getaway for our family of 3 and 2 dogs

The Whitney is extremely comfortable and it has everything you need, even sheets and towels. The backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs to run around and play with each other. They were super happy. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood (which we were looking for) but it’s just a 20 min drive to Cape May. The bay beach really is 2 or 3 blocks away. We really enjoyed the back porch too. We had a mix up accessing the game room, so we only used it the last day but had lots of fun. I highly recommend this cottage if you want a quiet stay very close to all the fun of Cape May. Communication was ok, mostly what seemed like automated messages that contained everything you needed to know about check in and check out. But communication when we initiated a message was rather slow. Not a huge issue since it wasn’t anything important and I suspect that the owner doesn’t check messages on this app much.
