For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Dec. - 10.Apr. and 27.Jun. - 28.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking. Shop 550 m, grocery 50 m, restaurant, bar 550 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 600 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m. Ski lift, chair lift, slopes 50 m, ski school 600 m, ski-kindergarten 250 m, sled run 600 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. The swimming pool facilities are 400 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.

Baie vitrée ne fonctionnant pas du coup nous sommes restés bloqués sur le balcon au 16 eme étage et avons du appeler à l’aide des gens qui passaient sur le parking en dessous. La responsable d’agence se déplace et me prend d’abord pour une personne limitée avant de se rendre compte qu’elle aussi se retrouve coincée dehors et qu’il y a bien un problème. Aucune excuse de sa part en revanche pour le désagrément d’être resté bloqué sur le balcon. Électricité pas aux normes

Fijn verblijf op mooie hoogte!

Het appartement en het hele complex zijn behoorlijk kaal/basic/gedateerd, maar wel van middelen als koelkast, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, servies en kookgerei voorzien. Met 2 personen was dit een fijn ruim onderkomen. Het uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon op de 16e verdieping was adembenemend en vooral daarom een aanrader om hier te zitten!

Appartement très fonctionnel. Petit bémol, le canapé n’est pas convertible. Un peu embêtant quand on vient à 2 couples. La chambre est très spacieuse. Le balcon top.

Prachtig uitzicht vanop de 16e verdieping

Het gebouw heeft zijn zijn 50e verjaardag gevierd en dat was aan het appartement te zien. Het grote pluspunt is het geweldig uitzicht. Het appartement was bij aankomst niet proper: de ruiten vuil, stof van geruime tijd overal te vinden, vaat niet proper. Wij hebben de eerste avond gepoetst. Gelukkig hadden wij het nodige gerief bij. De frigo is moeilijk af te sluiten en de badkamer is zeer verouderd en niet proper te krijgen.
