You need to be a good skier to access ski-in ski-out, and walk about 5 minutes down the road to access the piste if there isn't enough snow. Cyril, the chalet manager, was very helpful. La Clusaz is a great resort and we really enjoyed our stay."

"We only stayed at the hotel for one night as a stopping point on a longer journey. It was clean, comfortable and had washing facilities, which we took advantage of. The only drawback for us was that we booked a double bed and received two singles. But other than that, the stay was pleasant."
