Located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator, between the foot of the downhill ski slopes and the heart of the village of Villard-de-Lans, this apartment is very functional. It features:

- A living room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room.
- A bathroom with a heated towel rail.
- A pleasant balcony (west-facing).
