The cozy 75 m2 holiday home is located in Santa Maria near the village of Villaputzu, only a few kilometres away from the sea in Southern Sardinia.
The property consists of a living room with an integrated well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
