"We truly enjoyed this property....so much character! We were upgraded to a bigger room without request. We loved the history of the place and convenience of being off a major freeway, downtown and by a train track but without the noise. Staff were kind but perhaps still learning. Breakfast was not served on Tuesday and Wednesday but hot coffee available in the lobby. The bar was closed when we arrived but looked cozy with plenty of seating. Would definitely stay there again."

"The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice from the moment we checked in. They even had evening soup which was tasty and really unexpected. We have stayed at many Super 8's and this one is the gold standard in all respects. The continental breakfast met our needs. Access to the interstate is easy. It is a bit out of town so it isn't very walkable but that is not a huge deal for most people."

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the right amount of pillows. The only thing I could find fault with is the continental breakfast. It literally had white bread, small greasy muffins, but the star of the show were the packets of instant oatmeal. Unfortunately, the hot water was cold so required microwaving."
