Very good hotel. Food was very good. Service in the bar could have been better. Service in the restaurant excellent especially the complimentary wine and water Good location but not easy to find from Villamayor

Stayed for one night while travelling. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in staff were friendly and the hotel has free parking available.

Comfortable room, good location to explore Salamanca. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Free car parking.

The rooms were large, clean and very quiet. The views across to the cathedral were magical during the day and night.

This is a 6-star property located in the most prestigious neighbourhood of Madrid and I had high expectations. In summary, it is a great hotel and I will stay again. Everything was excellent...the check-in, great room, cleanliness. Best location, near metro and many restaurants. 10/10 for sure.

Great staff heaps to see

Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we got to the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area that is close to all attractions. A great hotel that offers great parking and breakfast.

A little old but trying hard. The lady in the coffee shop was charming.

I had a great stay . I like the option of not having your room cleaned. You know like not having to have your towels and sheets done every day environmentally friendly and I've got a free glass of wine. The staff were great.
