"Location of the hotel, room and the thermal baths were the features to highlight. We got the biggest suite which was huge and we had our own thermal pool. We had a fireplace and plenty of wood (staff takes care of that). Communication with the front desk and restaurant was only via WhatsApp which was non-efficient.
