"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."

It felt more like a spacious apartment than a standard hotel room, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The hotel is also packed with convenient amenities that made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was a standout feature; it was excellent, providing a perfect night's sleep. The quality of the bed and linens truly made a difference. The front desk staff were also very nice, welcoming me with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Their service contributed to the overall positive experience. "Stunning reception area and welcoming staff. Great to be able To use the wellbeing pool late early evening, as the sun goes down. Room was a decent size with an amazing walk-in shower. We had a burger to eat at the bar which was tasty, as was breakfast. Only stayed one night as we were moving on but loved this hotel. "
